I woke up this morning and the first thing I heard about was the shooting in Virginia. People were just going to class and some psycopath walked into the building and opened fire. Over 30 people have died. Just going to class.
All I could picture were the hoards of people coming in and out of the science building where I go to school. I thought of what would happen if we had a shooting like that here, how many people could potentially get killed. I thought of all that, I pictured my own friends, and I got nauseous. The whole thing is horrifying.
We mentioned the 22 who had lost their lives as intentions at rosary, and then when we checked right after, the number was up to 30. Fuck. Now it's even higher. Fuck.
