Mental picture of the day

Picture a very windy day up here in the Land of the Ham.

Picture many finals-weary students blowing off steam on treadmills at the rec center.

Picture the power going out.

Now use your imagination and apply the laws of physics-- what would happen to the kids on the treadmills?

Now picture them composing themselves and foolishly planting their feet on the conveyer belt.

And then picture the power coming back on.

Use your imagination again.

I hope there was a camera rolling somewhere in that room...

By the way, I am fully aware that this is my third post today. But the first one was barely after midnight, so it doesn't count. I do things with my life. Really.
