WAHOO!

The Internet is a dear happiness to students. Without it, I would have had to wait for something in the mail to tell me that I got a 3.75 GPA this quarter. Holler!

So... yes, I am quite stoked about my grades. I was a little worried for music theory, but I got a B-. Not the most desirable, but a B is not a C and that's what I thought I was in for. Thank God for large miracles. And mochas that help you stay up the whole night before the final. And friends and study partners that get you through (Clair: not a word. I mean actual study partners!).

I've spent the past few days alternating between spending time with loved ones and frantically shopping for/knitting gifts for the family and the best friend. I was almost finished with a gift for someone today. It was supposed to be a hat, but I think I did the math wrong when I was gauging the width. It could have been a tube top for a relatively flat-chested girl instead of a hat. So. Yeah. Had to rip that apart and start over. Oh, well, the decorative part of this particualr gift doesn't start until tomorrrow, so I can have some fun with it then.
