Bra-busting acoustic riffage

The boys from The Senate have a tagline for their music-- "face-melting acoustic riffage."

Well, tonight I got my face melted off and gave credence to the newly-coined tagline above. I rocked so hard that I busted my bra straps.

Actually, I was wearing a shirt that had straps much like a bra, and those actually broke. So my shirt fell off. In the middle of this massive throng of people.

My saving grace was that this shirt is actually kind of see-through, so if I owned any tube tops I'd have been wearing one underneath. However, I own no tube tops, so I put on a tank top and tucked the straps down inside my shirt with my really cute, orange and green flowy thing over the top.

Then I got really into the concert and rocked until my shirt fell off.

Some of my friends saw from their seats what was going on, but since there were so many people in the room, no one could help me...

I sort of knelt so that no one would see and yanked the straps from my second shirt up over my shoulders, but that bra that I'm wearing is ill-suited for anything other than halter tops and tube tops. So it made for a really fun and rocking and entertaining night of the Senate and readjusting my chest. Good times.

ALSO, this past evening in the hours after the gym and laundry but before the Senate, I got to some last minute and rather desperate begging for food for the dinner tomorrow. I was getting really worried about some of the items, and since it was a Friday evening everyone was really busy and couldn't talk to me. So I left to watch Nick, Oliver, and Andrew rock out, and the second it was over I ran outside to keep calling people. Luckily, the one place that I was banking on helping out said that they could give us the exact amount that I had opened my mouth to ask him for. So that worked out well. Here's hoping for a smooth operation tomorrow...
